The AMP safety clamp provides safe handling of all types of flush joint pipe, liner and drill collars during make-up or breaking-out. The AMP clamp can be adapted to act as an elevator shoulder whenever necessary or fitted with lift eyes to handle large diameter pipe to provide a convenient and safe method of handling surface pipe, drilling risers and other types of large diameter tubular products during installation.
